  It's not a bad pet store, however, their prices can be a bit high and I waited a half hour for service one day. That isn't the store's fault , I guess, but I'll give them four stars.

  Dealt with the grooming department. Worst place ever. Won't take my mom's dog back there. Sara or Sarah is horrendous. She tied her dog to the tub and when her dog panicked she let her choke. When she pooped she then took her out of the tub- WET- and tied her to the wall. Still pooping and not dry, she put her in a crate. Manager did nothing. Sara should be fired because she clearly can't do the job. If my mom's dog doesn't like you there's a reason. She didn't like Sara. Will NEVER return for grooming.
